Advanced Sales Mastery - Download event to Outlook

Prerequisite: You must have completed the Foundations sales training and passed the sales mastery assessment. This sales workshop is geared towards taking your selling game to the next level through the practical application and fine tuning of Sandler Training sales techniques. There are ~80 separate workshops or 30 months of rotating topics. These topics include advanced selling techniques, negotiating, presenting yourself with impact, developing guts in sales, goal setting, developing a game plan for your market, and understanding the psychology behind of the sale and how your attitude plays a role in your success.

The Sandler Management Development program provides a forum to learn best practices for managing and leading in your organization. Additionally, the program provides an environment where ideas are shared, discussed and refined among management peers. Involvement in the program will allow participants to steadily travel a path of professional and personal development and growth.

This monthly class explores topics critical to developing effective management skills such as performance management, recruiting and effective hiring, motivation, team development, effective communication skills, supervisory skills training and time management skills—everything you need to manage people effectively.

The Sales Acceleration Boot Camp is a well-recognized sales seminar known for providing a systematic approach to selling and non-traditional techniques that really work. Whether you’re the CEO, President, Owner, or salesperson of a company that sells technology, manufactured products, financial services, tangible products or intangible services - this is a boot camp you can’t miss - regardless of your sales experience!

The focus of the 2-Day Session will be on "Controlling The Buyer-Seller Dynamic." Topics will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating new business opportunities from scratch
- Achieving equal business stature between buyer and seller
- Getting to high level decision-makers
- Overcoming difficult objections
- Dealing with challenging money issues: Winning business when we are not the 'cheapest solution'
- Knowing what it takes to truly differentiate ourselves from the competition
- Moving prospects and clients out of "stall mode" and to a decision
- Etc...

This program is highly interactive and limited to 20 participants. Sessions run from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on both days. Continental breakfast and lunch will be included. Materials will be provided when you arrive. Plan to be there by 8:15am. Dress is business casual.

Participants will also receive one year of Sandler Online for 24/7 access to on-going sales training, strategies, and tactics.
